Happy Mother's Day
I really don;t know what to say
but I'm going to try anyway..
Being a Mother is never easy
yet being a Mother, pleases me
Knowing that I have accomplished God's mission
I listened
went through the competition
The heart-ache
For my children sake
Stayed focused
even through the discuss
Handled the sacrafice
at times I did think twice
A Mother, a protector, of mine
all the time
even when I was weak
or lost much sleep
when my babies were sick
When I didn't want to give a shit
even when I felt alone
even when I didn't want to be strong
The POWER in motherhood
Wish lost Mother's understood
that it's a blessing to receive
and that's something that I truly believe
not even growing up^ with my momma
heavy on my heart but I let go of the drama
As long as I strive to be the best
Mother that I can be with lil time to rest
It's amazing to me and I'm thankful
To God. I'm God's Angel
even if I don't rhyme all the time
I still write what's on my mind
and it's a great feeling to be a mother
I'd choose that any day over a LOVER
and Momma you chose to miss it all
but your lil short baby girl still stands tall
All is forgiven and love you anyway
