In my life there has been good and bad But finding a real true love is something that I never had The initial approach seems to always be good But quickly changes into the words I wish I could Wondering why some relationships don't last Maybe because two people are moving way too fast It takes time for a real true love to grow Cause after a while ones true colors will show In the beginning things always look so sweet But then sometimes you feel let down and beat Although this isn't the case for every one you meet In my life there has been sunshine and rain And I've experienced my share of heartache and pain I just want to live, laugh, and love unconditionally And connect my soul with someone mentally and spiritually It's too easy to see the way things are physically And I would never want to to only be involved sexually But not in too deep and carried away emotionally Sometimes I just need to have a peace of mind Knowing that I'm all his and he's all mind And together we can let our souls entwine In my life I've had plenty ups and downs And it's cool to know that someone will always be around Someone who speaks from his heart with good conversation And when the battle isn't won he completes it without hesitation Knowing the greatest gift is love and it's powerful intention Dont' forget that peace of mind above I did mention Someone who cherishes every moment with you Someone who will always and forever be true Someone who doesn't need to search for a clue Who knows maybe that someone could be you Copyright 2008-2009 PoetryVote, Inc.
